Longtime customer

I’ve been a longtime customer and have always been impressed with your products. I still own a pair of Boxers that I purchased in 1989, and they’re holding up remarkably well. I also bought another pair in the 1990s, and those are still in great shape. Over the last several months, I purchased a new pair, but the paint on the arms started wearing off within the first week. I contacted customer service, and they replaced them under warranty. The warranty process was seamless and timely, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I’ve now had the replacement pair for about a week and a half, and the paint on the arms has already started rubbing off again. This seems very unusual compared to the durability I’ve experienced with your older products. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in your paint process or if this is a quality control issue, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. I’ve always had great experiences with your products, so I’m hoping you can help determine what’s causing this.
