Big day bar
I use these for big days on the bike or hiking. I can’t do gels for 4+ hours so I use these bars for the first few hours. They’re perfect and less sticky on your teeth than the Maurten bars.

Delicious and valuable recovery bar
Not only does the raspberry and white chocolate bar taste delicious but it’s easy to digest and has the ratios I’m looking for after a hard or long run. I’ve also used these before runs when I don’t have enough time to eat and digest breakfast and they work perfectly to provide what I need for my run in an easy to digest form.

Amazing bars!!!
I eat one before my long runs they have a great amount of carbs and the extra protein in the + version is GOATED!
