Just what i wanted!!! Effective tool.

Versatile tool for core and posterior chain training!

I bought the Nordstick Pro because I wanted one simple piece of equipment to help strengthen my core and posterior chain for my endurance sports endeavors; mountain biking and trail running. I had no desire in lots of equipment/weights, but rather something simple that I could add to the cardio cave at home. After using it for a few weeks, I have been really impressed. It is versatile, easy to set up (and roll away), and pretty fun to use. I have been able to work in a variety of movements that target the areas I care about most and am dialing in my "routine". At the moment, I'm using it about 3x per week as a strength session that I've been sorely missing. One issue I did run into was a rather significant shipping delay that wasn't disclosed when placing the order. That said, their customer service team was very responsive, made things right, and helped move my delivery up. Kudos to them! Overall, I am happy with the Nordstick Pro and looking forward to using it more and exploring all the ways I can get the most out of it.

Very versatile equipment

This bench is perfect for my home gym. I am limited in space for my home gym, so I needed a piece of equipment that can perform with multiple exercises. My workout focus is on fast-paced, functional movements and training. This bench (with several of the attachments available) fits all of that. I can quickly change between exercises and it has a small footprint. Also, I am taller (6’3”) and I have read several reviews that mention this bench is not built for tall people. I have had no issues with any of the main movements that this bench is built for. The bench feels stable throughout these exercises and is very adjustable. The price is very affordable. Keep in mind this is meant for a home gym. It’s not fair to compare it to commercial-grade, super heavy duty machines at your local gym. Those machines are going to be more solid, but are not moveable/storable and cost 3-5x (or more) what this machine costs. There can be some slight shifting in the machine throughout your movements, but as long as you stay centered over the bench, this is minimal and not an issue. Also, the attachments (hybrid bar with bands and band/handle attachments) are really really good quality and worth the add-on.
