Malfunctioning feed control

The feed control dial apparently has a poor electrical connection to its Host-board . Using the machine requires you to push in and turn the feed control dial to get the machine to shoot balls. I bought this unit to replace an older Elite Two which became problematic and very inconsistent.

Great Customer Service

We love the Elite 2. It's a solid machine that will help create consistency with my families tennis game. Raf from customer service was excellent to work with, he was very helpful and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.
