Left thumbstick quit working after about 6hrs of game play. Emailed company for help. No response. Called support number multiple times, no answer. Very disappointed.

The mailing process was a little slow, but otherwise all around a great controller. I would buy another one

It's double clicking and have to use the app just too use the paddles and the apps disconnects every 5min or less. I'm in full regret for buying this.
