Great customer support from lobster

The hinges on my elite two had died of metal fatigue. When I received these replacement they didn't fit at first. I called technical support and talked to Joe who was super helpful and just mentioned that on these older handles the top two holes need to be enlarged a little bit for the new, better, handles. This worked great!

Could not release the handles to fold down when the original ones broke. Ordered the replacements, had abit of trouble getting the release switch to work but with a clearer head it all went well and very happy that we can now lower the handles to make it easier to load into vehicle.
