Works as designed, no problem plugging it in to my home system. The only down side I see is you can't charge the unit with a inverter generator 120volt while using the units 220 plug. Saving up for an extra battery.

I'm having issues with charging my battery backups from the switch, the switch works perfectly, the battery backups work perfectly, but when they're hooked up to the switch, they are not charging, they are depleting. I am currently working with someone on your side to resolve this issue, but it is not resolved. Yet I do enjoy the equipment and the idea that it does work because I did test the system and it does work when the power goes off.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES

Purchasing anything is like pulling teeth and discussing it with a machine does not bid well......not much help. Their product is great, but it doesn't mean squat if one can not speak to a real person, having a question. Have has my Whole House System install for a week by their "Qualified Electrician" and it's ONLY working about 25%. This qualified person did NOT stick around to help get it running or even test the system. Grab that check and split. Have emailed for help with NO RESPONSE. Not very good business. Guess it's better to go with Generac next time and save yourself one big headache.
