The product is fine and was delivered as promised, but I wanted to cancel the order as it was in transit. I ordered the product by accident because Shop makes it way too easy to order things ha ha. The Dr. Squatch staff said they don’t do that because of the “nature of the product”. I did tell them the new customer bundle was $70 and I couldn’t afford, it and they only said sorry, they don’t do that..??? That is a bad business model, so I am not going to be their customer going forward. So buyer beware!

Dr Squatch sorted out an issue. My products were sent to my narcisstics Exs address. Dr Squatch re sent free of charge to the correct address, great service thanks. Great product.
