Hotline Gel Liner

Great product but…

This was my second time ordering the hotline gel liner. The first time I got it, it was absolutely incredible. Opaque, creamy, and long lasting. However, this second time I got it, when it arrived it was already completely dried out and unusable. It had dried out to half its original size and was hard as a rock. I tried to use an activator to get it to come back to life, but it was too dried out for even that to work.

Dry and smudgy

With everyone commenting how this liner is creamy to even wet, I’m very disappointed that mine upon immediate use is a very dry consistency. I purchased the brush to use with it as well and the result is smeary and skipping without much control. I’m going to keep trying to use it as it cost me a bit but overall I’m not impressed.

Amazing liner!

All three liner colours (black, white, and brown) are wonderful. The pigment is strong and holds up. Application is smooth. And as long as you properly close the lid, the liner quality remains intact. The highest recommendation for a great product!
