So far I have been impressed with all the pork I purchased, I was a butcher 30 yrs ago for 13 yrs and did all the smoked meats in house for them, and loved it. I highly recommend your products, and tell all my followers and even posted on social media and tagged Campo Grande.

Received order last week. Delivery was on time, as projected/advertised. Product was in great shape upon receipt. I was afraid to mess up this expensive product and hesitant to cook anything. I followed the instructions and prepared some tacos. They were excellent. No one believed it was seasoned with only salt and pepper. The product is excellent. I can’t afford to eat it everyday but as a treat, it’s great. Give t a try, it’s a really nice experience. I can’t wait to try the next selection.

Flank Steak Review
It's extremely thin, so have your fire hot and ready for a very quick cook, don't take your eye off of it. Flavor, even the next day cold out of the fridge, was insane! I did a simple S&P rub on one side.
