Medium Dark Favorite: Peaberry

A work friend brought me back some Greenwell Farms samples several years ago and my favorite has always been the Peaberry. I typically drink lighter specialties but the Peaberry is my "go-to" for a wonderful change of pace in the morning and I've been purchasing ever since! I grind and brew via Chemex and this roast gives me a light chocolate and sweet delivery.

I discovered Greenwell farms during a Hawaii trip years and years ago. It is by far the best coffee I've ever had. I live their Private Reserve, but their Peaberry is my absolute favorite. I get compliments on my coffee by friends and visitors virtually every time I serve any of the Greenwell farms coffees. In theory this could be partially because I have a deluxe coffee/espresso maker, but it's mostly about the coffee.

My husband is the coffee drinker in our home. He really loves the taste of the Peaberry. He wants to change our subscription to Peaberry only once a month. Discontinue to other flavor we chose
