Elevate Protein Flour

There are so many wonderful things to say about this product. I am on the weight loss journey and I’ve lost 45 pounds. I owe some of this to your product. It has allowed me to eat things like muffins we have a favorite muffin recipe and we used your flour and it dropped it from 30 carbs and muffin to one carb per muffin and we called them our protein muffins. Having a flour that enables us to eat real food but half the carbs/and the protein elevated as well as the fiber is a blessing thank you so much.

I love this stuff, that's why i came here to get a 5lb bag after trying the 1lb. Its high protein and fiber so you WILL have to consider that when swapping it for APF but this stuff is worth the try! Just dont give up if it doesn't work as a real 1:1 because its not as glutenous at APF

Chocolate chip cookie protein boost

Used this to make chocolate chip cookies replacing 3/4 of the recommended flour with protein flour and they are delicious!! No change in consistency and could not tell any change in flavor. Will definitely use again!
