This came free with my order. I was disappointed to see 4 mg of melatonin. If I take 1 mg of melatonin I get a horrible headache, can’t imaging taking 4! I think the cube pillow is too thick. Hurts my neck

Well they are good to have to sleep 💤 along with your pillow cube. They work but not as quick effective as I would like since they are 5mg of Melatonin, but it works.
