They know how to ship hats! Not to mention their customer service is AMAZING and quick with a response. I just moved and when I checked out using SHOP it defaulted back to my previous address. Sent a message to customer service asking to either cancel the order and I would re-order or update the shipping address. Less than 24 hours I received a response that the address was updated! Super satisfied and will order more products!
