Ball Destroyed - Return Process

My dog loved the ball, but he eventually chewed it up. Because your product is advertised with a lifetime warranty, I started the warranty return process and was disappointed to learn that I would be charged $5 to submit the claim. I then had to purchase packaging to return the ball, bringing my total out-of-pocket cost to approximately $10 on a product that originally cost about $15. While I appreciate that you offer a warranty, the process and associated costs make it feel far less valuable than I expected. For a relatively inexpensive item, it is difficult to justify spending nearly the cost of a replacement product just to make a warranty claim. As a result, I was disappointed with the experience and wanted to share that feedback.

Unfortunately not for all dogs

My dog, a 21mo GSP has torn two of these. I think these are perfect for some dogs, but dogs hell bent on destruction, maybe not. And… we’re not talking about an unsupervised dog where he can go to town unchecked. Maybe one without the edges wouldn’t allow for a place to grab onto so easily. Otherwise, for other dogs, this would be great.
