Zebra Nerite Snails 3 Pack

I purchased sample floaters and 6 snails. I was shocked to find out that there was no isolation in the package when I opened it. The package arrived in August in Georgia. The temperature inside the package was easily above 80F or 85F. All my floaters died but 3 little ones. I tried to save them but they all died eventually. Needless to say, 1 of the 6 snails died on arrival and the other 5 were in distress. The 5 snails survived eventually. But it was such a bad experience. There would have been some kind of isolation even just for plants.

I ordered a six pack of these wonderful snails. Unfortunately, only two have made it and that’s nothing to do with them but you know shipping and all that fun stuff. But they were so respectfully quick to respond to my email and give me guidance and what to expect and how to act and make them and refund me the ones that had passed away, which is why I’m giving them the star rating that I’m giving them is because they are wonderful at Communication
