It doesn't work and they're not responding to my service request

I got it out of the box and hooked it up and it works great for about a half an hour and then the Bluetooth just stopped connecting. It connects and disconnects every 10 seconds. I reached out to their support, a week ago sent them a video of what it was doing. I got a response saying somebody would be in touch and absolutely nothing now for the last week. So I guess I'll just return it and get my money back since they don't have any customer service
