I love the customer service, specifically at the Palo Alto,CA location. I've been going there for a year now and all the girls are amazing! They give great suggestions and listen to what I want.

Pictures are slightly misleading

The jewelry was in good condition and what I ordered. In hindsight I can see that the gems are quite small. But the photo angles make it a bit hard to tell that’s the case. I feel silly with my sapphires I can barely see. But again, the quality of what i received was good.
