See my review on the slicing knife; I haven't used this knife yet, but I have some salmon in the fridge for tomorrow... ;-) Looking forward to using it then. These knives do not disappoint, providing you follow proper care. They come sharp and hold their edge. All you need is warm soapy water, and wing them across a honing steel once a week after use.

This just made my cutlery to a new level. Niw i have the right knif for the right job. And the magnetic cutting board is a perfect way to display them.

Love my knife set
