Freestone rubber wading boot

Great boot. Lightweight with excellent tread for keeping footing in swift water.

According to Simms sizing guide I needed a size 11 wading boot, wrong. Much too big, had to return for the next size lower. They charged me $10 to return and place an entirely new order for the correct size. Not exactly good customer service! Have not tried its replacement yet, so can not comment on the product itself.

Very comfortable

I finally got to use my new boots today and have to say they are very comfortable. My only complaint is that all I read was how “grippy” they are. I do not believe they are very grippy. Will definitely have to add studs to them and feel like they should have come with them. I knew they were not going to be as good as felt but thought they would be close. They are not. Still have to say they are very comfortable.
