Review of overall experience
The customer service at hatch is absolutely lovely! Our hatch rest+ 2nd gen ended up being defective and hatch swapped it out with a hatch baby and a hatch go to make up for the fact that the hatch baby isn’t wireless. It really was a great overall experience however the hatch baby wasn’t conpatible with our wifi and we had to add a guest network to split our wifi just to hook it up to wifi. We liked our original one with the wireless ability and if given the choice I would’ve paid the difference to swap it out for a comparable version instead of swapping it for the hatch baby.

Love this version of the Hatch!
We love the hatch baby! My daughter turns the music on each night during bath time to wind down and then it goes into sound mode and it’s an amazing transition! Also love the on/off/sound button! So easy to use. We love the clock too!

Love the new design!!
The new design is so incredibly beautiful I’m obsessed. It’s so pretty in his nursery. We use it every single day multiple times a day and we have a baby girl on the way now!! I’ll need to get another one. Can’t recommend enough
