Chirp Contour | Decompression & Massage Table

fantastic! been using it for my patients as well at my PT clinic and everyone loves it. the only feedback people seem to have is that they have trouble seeing the remote as most of my patients need reading glasses but aren't wearing them when they go on the chirp table.

Wanted to love it

I really wanted to love the Chirp Contour because, when it worked, it provided relief for my chronic back pain. Unfortunately, my experience with the product and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the Contour expecting a premium product that would last for years, based on the price point. Instead, my original unit developed a heating defect shortly after purchase (it was burning my skin) and had to be replaced under warranty. Now, approximately one year later, the replacement unit has also failed. What has been even more frustrating than the product quality is how this situation was handled. Although I’ve experienced two defective units in just over a year, Chirp declined to offer another replacement because the second unit failed just days outside of the one year warranty period. From my perspective, I’ve paid several hundred dollars and have yet to receive a unit that has lasted what I consider a reasonable amount of time. The only resolution offered was a $100 store credit toward purchasing another Contour. After having two units fail, I don’t feel comfortable spending more money on the same product. I understand companies have warranty policies, but I also believe premium brands should stand behind their products when there is a clear pattern of quality issues. I wasn’t asking for an upgrade or a refund. I simply wanted a product that worked reliably. If you’re considering purchasing the Contour, I would strongly encourage you to consider not only the product itself but also how warranty claims are handled if you experience repeated defects. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend it.

This is an amazing product. I had been going to a chiropractor for one year and the only relief was the roller table as my back would not pop. So this table with the roller down the entire back has been the relief I was needing for my back. Only suggestion would be for the HEAT to be down the entire table and a little hotter.
