Eating Less and Winning the Long Game-

I like this product because it does keep my hunger down especially when you drink enough water. I like using for the night food cravings. Doesn't have a taste and pills go down easy enough. I am losing about 0. 5 lbs every 2 weeks or so. So far so good. Cheaper than buying new clothes. Keep in mind this is with little to no exercise. I eat less which is helpful especially due to to the caffiene which spikes my hunger and poor sleep makes it worse. Making it happen-
