I like how it accurately display the location and give the option to instantly pull up and map the traking device.

The device does not hold a long charge it started to go dead in less then a week with a full charge

I could not get it to work properly at first . Despite utilizing the chat. I received a follow up call from the company , they gave me excellent help in resolving the issue quickly!
