I have loved taking this since becoming pregnant almost 2 years ago, and have continued taking it postpartum! I appreciate that it is gentle on the stomach and that the dosing is designed for women, including those of us who are pregnant/ postpartum/ nursing.

Great addition to my prenatal!

My doctor suggested I take an iron supplement after a lower than average iron report at my third trimester blood panel. A great addition to my third trimester prenatal pack, especially considering that birth will likely drop my levels even further. I feel confident that upping my iron in the final stretch will help me recover postpartum. No nausea, no upset stomach or digestive issues! I only gave 4 stars as I haven’t have my levels retested.
