LadderPod Adjustable-Height Box

Very helpful after my hip replacement

I've been using the LadderPod for varying height box squats after my hip replacement. It's been nice being able to easily lower the height of my box squats as my strength increases during recovery.

The product is very well-made and sturdy. Adjustments are easy and assembly was straightforward. I love the booklet that comes with it. The only issue I had was that the platform was scuffed and scratched in delivery and customer support was very helpful in addressing my concerns.

Great idea but could use some tweaks

Great tool to strengthen my knees. Love the adjustable heights to progress as I am able. I have noticed some instability of the whole set up and I weigh less than 150 lbs so not sure how it would work for heavier people. It is also a little more difficult to adjust than I had anticipated.
