Excellent comfort and professional look for my home office

I’ve been using the Branch Softside Chair for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been a quality upgrade from my previous ergonomic chair. The comfort level is outstanding during long work sessions, I stay supported and comfortable throughout the day. What really stands out is the combination of comfort and aesthetics. The leather material looks professional in my home office setup, which is important for my client work. It’s not just functional; it actually elevates the space. Great chair!

I find the max height a little lower than expected. This may be related to the fact I am 6 foot, and my desk may be a bit higher than average, I'm not sure! Otherwise it looks good and is very comfortable.

Love my new chair

So far this chair is very comfortable, and I like the lower back. It's a big change, visually, from the hulking black office chair I had before, and it feels more like a piece of furniture. One tip I would give for people struggling to assemble the chair is to ignore the suggestion to insert the Allen key into the top hole. What I did was hand-tighten a screw into one of the bottom two holes and then use the Allen key to line up the second of those holes. Once I had it in place, I carefully removed the Allen key, making sure not to move the arm, and then slipped in the second screw and hand-tightened it. At that point, the top hole is either going to be aligned or not. It was perfect for me and the third screw slipped right in, and then I was able to use the key to tighten everything up. Everything is very solid and the castors move very smoothly. Happy with my purchase!
