Products may be okay, but the owner/customer service makes me never want to buy anything ever. Small business.. sure but i also work hard to spend on the small business expensive items. Inquiring of shipment after 7 days and having it cancelled because you asked about shipping timeline due to it being a gift? Ridiculous. Not even an aplogy. I don’t believe this small business even cares about the customers
