Best work earbuds period

This is my second pair because I lost one from my other pair after years of enjoying them. I like the updated flashlight feature. The earbuds run for at least 10 hours on a charge and the case recharges them for a week on a charge. Low end is clear and full, not overhyped like some other brands. Midrange is exciting and sits well. Highs are present, magical and detailed. My Spotify wrapped said I listened to over 280 genres of music last year. I listen to a lot of dancey indietronica as well as metal. These genres will really test a speakers capability and they perform marvelously. If you're on the fence, get them. The ear protection alone is worth it.

These earbuds are amazing. They fit and function just like earplugs, but with the capability of playing music. They sound great too. I love how they basically lock into your ear. Ive tried shaking my head and junping around whth them in my ears and they didnt budge at all.

Second pair after 4 great years of using my first pair

I've been using the Elgin Rebel for the past four years. The charger finally died after it got soaked one day and I decided it was time for a new pair. Have used them in my woodshop; around construction; in the car for phone calls where I want more privacy, and for listening to books on tape and music. Have been very pleased with them. I would recommend for newbies, that you may need to change out the earbud sizes to find what works for you, it comes with several sizes. Don't assume the ones on them are the size that will fit your ear. And when you get them new the charger case can be difficult to open because there is an O-ring sealing the lid, but it loosens up over time. Good charging capacity on the charger. I've never run out of power on a day or two in the field; just put them back in the case and they'll charge back up. The charger has a flashlight built in, I've never used it for that, but at least it lets you know there is still power in the charger.
