Great shorts for general use or gym. If you are a runner consider the 5” length rather than the 7” Inside phone pocket is now located more on the back side vs before style the phone was more near center back. New good feature is zipper pickeon left and right with a small key pocket on inside of wast .

Good shorts for training

Like these shorts because they are the only ones that I've found with all the pockets I need: liner pocket, small zipper pocket for keys etc when I run, and deep enough front pockets to be functional. Liner also feels smooth. I still don't think they are worth over $100!

Best workout shorts I've ever owned

I can't say enough how great these shorts are. Medium with lining fit perfectly ( 6"1, 165 lb) Super well made with very comfortable materials. Just ordered a second pair
