The Haro LS

I recently purchased a Haro shirt, and overall, it's a nice piece, but I found that it runs larger than expected. Typically, I wear an XXL in the Melton wool shirts, which fits me perfectly—not too slim, not too baggy. However, when I ordered the same size for the Haro shirt, it felt a bit too roomy, although not overly sloppy. For reference, I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs. While I'm not yoked, I can't comfortably button an XL in the Melton without the buttons pulling, and the sleeves are too tight to roll past my elbows. Given this, I assumed the sizing would be consistent across different shirt styles and was concerned the XL Haro might be too small. Clearly, that wasn't the case. If you're considering buying this shirt, I'd recommend sizing down, especially if you're used to a specific fit in other styles from the same brand. Lesson learned: always check the sizing details before assuming consistency across different fabrics and cuts.

Another lovely shirt by Anian. Looks very nice - I like the depth to the weave of the fabric. It’s a lovely warm weather shirt (bought it for a trip to Mexico). The linen makes it soft and light but it doesn’t wrinkle the way linen usually does.
