Exactly what I hoped
I was on the fence for this purchase for two years. I travel for 3 day business trips with carry-on only. I have a great spinner for suits and other clothes, but I was always a tiny bit short for extras. This is the perfect extra bag that can hold a laptop and iPad, charging kit, umbrella, packable jacket, water bottle, and some extra space if I want to pack a sweater or small set of clothes. And the ability to change to backpack came in useful on a 10 day international trip where it was nice to have a small backpack for around town.

Trinity - the one go-to.
After a long wait it finally arrived. Great bag delivered on everything it promised. Heard a lot about it in various online forums. I can see why it keeps getting sold out.

Great bag for short trips.
It’s an easy bag to use for short trips. The pass through for the luggage handle really helps getting through airports.
