Surprise in a bite

Let me just start saying "We Love Beck Ranch" and all meats thereof. However, this last batch of smaller filets were tad disappointing. Must've been an angry spot in the cut. Hope for smoother and same as usual decadent bites in the future.

Great meat, not the best packing

Ordered some steaks that arrived at room temperature. I'm in Houston and it's hot and humid. Delivery was delayed by one day and the dry ice had long since melted. Extra dry ice might have made the difference. Steaks were great in the past though!
