I’ve tried many other chains but these seem to be the best. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on them already. The look is great and the quality seems really good so far.

Shipping: (5 stars) very fast and accurate updates
Packaging: (3 stars) packaging was damaged on the inside, the foam that holds the chains was ripped. Outside was not damaged so I am not sure how that happened.
Presentation: (4 stars) Chains looked shiny and it very good shape.
Wear: The clasps are cool!
Overall Fitting: 22 inch Cuban 5mm looks amazing! The Franco 5mm 24 inch chain was too big and did not look good with the 5mm cuban chain.
Customer Service: (2 stars) I have been trying to exchange the 24 inch franco since it is too big for me for another smaller 3mm chain but it is extremely tough to get answers. I sent in an email and then waited forever for the online customer chat for someone to respond.
