Juicer and blender combo is genuis! High quality, sturdy parts, runs very well! Very dry pulp for my celery. Great settings! I use my juicer and blender for most of the day everyday and its been holding up beautifully. Nama's customer service is unmatchable! Love them!

Blender Cap

The blender cap secures very tight, but it’s difficult to remove because of the clips that connect on each side. It would be better to have a secured, sealed, push/pull top for the blender base and a better handle on top of the cap for easier removal.

Not jars

This product is marketed as “juice jars,” but in reality it appears to be a video juicer guide for beginners. The pictures are deceptive, and the item title is misleading. There is also no real customer support available. I have tried multiple times to return this product, but there is nobody to speak with except AI responses, which have not been helpful at all. To make matters worse, they did not even provide a clear or easy way to watch the video that was supposedly included. If I could give NAMA zero stars, I would. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
