Eek to invigorating
The first time was quite a shock to my feet. But as I have rolled my feet on them my feet are experiencing a relief of tension. Very pleased with the Wonderball and considering the other Shakti products.

Love this as a way to stay of instagram
It sits by my computer and when I have the urge to pull up social media on my phone I go to the Wonderball instead! Been a life changer.

Too sharp
I wanted to like this. The spikes are much sharper than expected so it is just a paperweight for me, I haven’t been able to use it or handle it comfortably.
