I’ve had the Ice Pod Pro for a little over a week and have been happy with it so far. I lift three days a week and run twice a week, so I wanted an affordable way to add cold plunging to my recovery routine without spending thousands on a permanent setup. Assembly was quick, and at 5'9" and around 180 pounds, I have plenty of room inside while it still maintains a fairly small footprint. Once the water is chilled, the insulated pod and cover do a decent job holding the temperature. Keeping it consistently cold during hot summer weather does require a fair amount of ice without a chiller, but that’s expected with any setup like this. The biggest learning curve was water maintenance. If you plan to reuse the water, I recommend adding a small circulation pump and an appropriate sanitizer rather than letting it sit untreated. I added a 300 GPH pump and started using bromine, which makes the setup much more practical. Overall, it’s sturdy, comfortable, easy to drain and clean, and a great value for getting started with cold plunging at home. A chiller would be the ideal next upgrade, but I would definitely recommend the pod itself.

Works great - pretty straightforward to put together and use. Requires a lot of ice / ice packs if you don't go the chiller route (also depends on the outside temperature), but overall the value cannot be beat!

Have never done a cold plunge, but thought to give it a try. Best idea ever! Feel amazing after and it’s now part of my evening routine. Wish I would’ve ordered sooner
