I work in the trades (Diesel tech) and am on my feet all day long for 10 hours a day, and even with insoles in my boots and stretching each day I still on long days would come home with sore feet and legs. That was until my Dad (same industry) told me that he has worn compression socks for years and I should give them a try so I did, and I completely understand why now! I found old bones, and decided to buy a few pairs and what a difference it had made! I used to think only people in surgery or injured people wore compression socks but upon more research I found that you can use them for so many applications. These socks are very comfortable, and don't squeeze too hard, they are a great balance between a well made sock and comfort, give them a try yourself!
