Bought this to update tire size/install a better tune. Seems to do the job, haven't really driven with the upgrade yet so this is just initial thoughts. Not a problem with RTR, item got here quickly and was in good packaging. Ford made some interesting choices though, so setup is a little frustrating. -Remove item from box and follow steps in box to get procal installed -Plug in device and it will update -Plug device into vehicle and it will pull the stock file -Plug back into computer and it will install the new calibrations -Plug back into car and you are finally loading the file Little bit of a frustrating process, I guess this is for "safety" but more likely to keep you from doing something with the tune you shouldn't.
