Since installing the devices to my phone and computers I have noticed that my sleep has little disruption through the night. Previously, I would wake up through the night and just wait for morning to arrive because I could not sleep. I have not changed any other habits to consider them as a reason for the improved sleep. I keep my phone and my son's iPads in the same location, but they are now tagged. These are great!
