Replacement order that did not arrive.
I liked how my order did not get delivered when it said it did! Hassle free they shipped me out new order. There was a slight lack of communication. Communication could have been slightly better, but overall fragrances are good and smells amazing.

Reality
It is a great smell. I love it. The only issue is that the bottle leaked some 20% of it was lost in the shipping. This is the only reason I gave a 4 star. The smell itself is a 5 star smell. I don't know if anyone can help me with this.

Shipment Misplaced
Great products. Not sure why or what exactly happened for over 3 weeks but i finally got my order a few days later. I would a follow up process ensuring products meet their timely destination be implemented. Thanks.
