More than a repair
After 7 years of daily use my AirRelax petered out. I sent it back with a repair fee. In 10 days I received a brand new unit. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you AirRelax

Everything was fine
I can't remember another item that I had a problem where they had a wonderful and reasonable repair solution. Most want you to buy a new product. You even provided a shipping solution. Very pleased. I expected my unit to be repaired and returned but I got a replacement unit 2 days after I shipped mine. SURPRISE!!!
