Side kick exactly what I needed

Needed a light weight bare bones option while hunting during the warmer months. This is perfect!! Incredibly light and not gonna be hot on those long walks in sept and oct. outstanding product

Bought it for training

I already owned an XT vest so I understood the quality of Final Rise. I wanted something light weight to use for training. I found myself going into the field with pockets stuffed with long lines, tennis balls, water bottle, food, cell phone, keys, dog whistle...it just was too much to try and remember to stuff in my pockets for a quick 15 or 20 minute session. I bought the sidekick and now I leave everything ready to go. It all fits in there no problem, and I'm certain it will double as a great option for early season hunts where the weather might be a bit hot and the walks are short. One improvement which my trainer I'm working with pointed out, if you want to use it for training there really isn't a way to put a live bird in there. Now I know there is the actual 'training bag' that fills that gap but it would be awesome if there was a small single bird pouch made from the same material as the training bag that you could add to this and then it truly would be the ultimate training setup. Regardless of that, if you need a way to carry some gear out into a training session and not feel like you're stuffing your pockets full this vest is unreal. As always, the quality is second to none.
