The Nugget® - Harbor

Very disappointed

Our family is using your product for years. We have been enjoying it. It’s great. However my last purchase was such a bad experience. Product had smell that does not go away. We waited few days put it in sun light but smell is still there. So we want to return it. Your response was we can’t take an item that has been opened from original packaging!!!! How does one know it’s good or bad without opening? Any company with no reputation will do better than this. Expected much more from your customer service. I have not given a review yet because my son said he will call you guys. But does he have to get involved?

Not happy

It doesn’t work for me and unfortunately putting it back for return is not possible.

A Perfect Sanctuary

Not only do our grandkids love the Harbor and the Chunk, but their Great Pyrenees has been found sleeping on it as well. Definitely a win-win.
