Compacts grind too much

The dosing funnel is relatively affordable and has a handy magnetic function to clip onto your portafilter. Although I’ll have to say I’ve had worse results than before using it, as the ring inserts itself into the ports filter , causing the grounds to compact further and make extraction time longer.

Not for me

Well built, magnets are good but I don't like that in inserts inside the basket. When I use wdt tool and remove the dosing ring I am left with a groove all around the basket and I have a hard time making everything smooth without making a mess(which was the initial purpose)

This is a great addition! No more losing grinds.
