Customer service
Excellent customer service, we had an issue with our Flaskap that we have had and loved so much. I emailed them and sent photos and their customer service was amazing, they sent us a replacement super quick and now we're back to using our loved Flaskap... would buy over and over again and we recommend to so many people!
