This sofa is well crafted, the boucle is soft and uniform, the cushions are firm yet comfortable, and it overall feels sturdy. The four pillows that come with the couch add extra comfort in case you need more support since the seat back is a bit straight. Just note that the standard delivery service won’t carry the shipment up to your apt—so be prepared to have extra hands to move the couch where you want it. Otherwise, we are happy with our purchase and would recommend.
