Love the AMP system!
I purchased the original Crossrope set back in 2016 and recently upgraded to the new AMP system. I love the new app and the accurate jump counts that come with the new system. Can't wait to see how I am able to progress in real time.

After one week of using Crossrope
Yes I can tell a difference in changing to the different rope weights.
At 67 I have been modifying some of the floor exercises. Not a problem still feel a good workout.
It has been fun.

Unmatched quality
Upon receiving my AMP set, I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that wen into making this product. The handles are comfy, the rope is smooth, and the clasps are havy duty!
