Standard Soft Brush Head Refill

Im om the renewal plan for soft brush. Few things bother me. First, approximately 25% of the time the brush head goes on to the boddy, but as i brush my teeth it pops off no matter how firmly i connect the two. Im not pressing hard while brushing. Second, my toothbrush is the rechargeable veraion, but they keep sendimg me batteries. Third, every 6 months or so i meed to pull the motor/battery unit out and wiggle the leads so that they commect bettwr. The whole tbing is a pain in my butt and im just going to get an Oral B or a plain old toothbrush

The brush head is falling off the handle and the battery is stuck inside. I’ve been a Quip user for about 5 years, but their quality has been steadily declining.

I'm glad this is on auto ship, so I don't forget. But I do wish the shipping was faster. By the time I get the shipped notice. It funnels thru pitney bowes system and finally gets to USPS for delivery, it can be two weeks. It's pretty slow. But the product is great.
