Kick a## Camo! Transmit jackets are built to last!

I bought the matching bibs and transmit coat. While trying them on I noticed loose threading. After further inspection the stitching was loose and some areas no stitching. When I contacted customer service they said since I had tried them on , they were now used. Since they were used I would have to fill out there warranty info versus just refunding or sending another set out.
